Tumbles Children's Gym Opening In Johns Creek
This learning playground offers a variety of different classes and programs designed to get children moving and thinking.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — Tumbles, the rapidly-expanding learning playground, will open its newest location next month in Johns Creek. The space will feature areas for parent-participation classes (for ages 4 months to 3 years), independent classes (for ages 3 to 12 years), instructor led STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) classes, an indoor Tumble Zone indoor playground and birthday parties. Tumbles takes a unique approach to children’s fitness with each class specifically-designed to engage and challenge children based upon their age and developmental milestones, while focusing on nurturing social, physical and cognitive abilities.
“We’re thrilled to introduce Tumbles’ groundbreaking approach to children’s health and fitness to the Johns Creek community,” says Manish Vakil, founder and CEO of Tumbles. “We understand that exercising young minds and bodies is a critical part of their development and we want to provide opportunities for children to be active in a fun, safe, clean, and interactive setting, while also building their sensory and social skills.”
The Growth and Development Gym classes include both parent-participation and independent classes. The parent-participation classes are broken down into four age-based classes where children have the opportunity to maneuver through tunnels, improve speech through song, traverse balance beams, navigate obstacle courses and learn how to interact with other children.

In the independent classes, children practice cooperation and basic physical movements like headstands, test their strength and flexibility, improve sport-specific skills, and master a variety of other gymnastics. Ninja Warrior Training will also be offered at Johns Creek so kids can train like a ninja and navigate through different obstacles each week.
Additionally, Tumbles of Johns Creek will feature instructor-led STEAM classes for children between the ages of 4 and 9. Tumbles STEAM utilizes body-focused kinesthetic learning, which blends the gym environment with classroom activities to allow students to truly feel and experience STEAM learning by using both their minds and bodies. This industry-first utilization of bodily-kinesthetic learning combined with the use of basic and advanced science and engineering principles, innovative technology, out-of-the-box math thinking, and hands-on activities and literature allows children to truly develop a love of learning while having a blast.

Activities will include building and launching water bottle rockets, understanding and feeling the effects of gravity and centrifugal force, as well as studying space by rotating and spinning from an apparatus in the gym.
The indoor Tumble Zone playground will be a central offering at Tumbles of Johns Creek. This professionally-designed indoor climbing structure was built using the same children’s developmental milestones as the gym curriculum. Structured activities within the Tumble Zone are engineered and chosen to build cardiac and pulmonary health, improve lower and upper body strength, introduce a variety of sensory experiences, and teach peer-to-peer (as well as instructor-to-peer) social interaction.
Lastly, Tumbles hosts birthday parties, Kids Night Out drop-off events, corporate events, personal training and a variety of seasonal day camps. For example, Tumbles birthday parties provide action-packed excitement, and everything is included - from games to music, swinging to sports, dancing to zip lines. The parties are private and parents can relax while Tumbles staff takes care of all the details.
Tumbles of Johns Creek will be open seven days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tumbles is also running a pre-opening promotion right now where you can receive 20 percent off classes and a free family membership for the 100 who sign-up.
