Wonderful restaurants in Johns Creek
Master naturalist loves fine dining as well as beautiful gardens

It was a surprise to me to discover Campus Cafe right near the intersection of 141 and State Bridge. I've already forgotten the owner's name (sorry) but his food is very eclectic. You can go strictly with American food or east Indian food. My son and I have tried the tandoori chicken and the saag paneer. I've also tried various American cuisine.
One of our newest East Indian restaurants is Chef Dinesh on 141. If you haven't gone there yet, I encourage you to do so soon. Can you please tell them Momma nature sent you? I like my Indian food mild and my channa dahl was perfectly seasoned to my enjoyment. It's the way I make it at home. As with any East Indian restaurant, be sure to tell them exactly how you like it. I enjoyed meeting the chef and encouraging him. His restaurant is enormous and he's going to need lots of people to flood him with business so that he can stay there. Please help!
I would not be fair if I did not mention Pampas Restaurant, an old favorite here in Johns Creek. My son is actually taking me there for lunch today. They make bananas foster flambe which my Russian friends treated me to recently when we went there. Quite a spectacular restaurant I must say. Their service is exemplary. Now I must go get ready to go to Pampas!
