KSU's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute to host spring social on May 21

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at KSU’s College of Continuing and Professional Education will host a spring “black and white” themed social May 21 from 6 to 9 p.m at KSU Center. Guests will enjoy a buffet style dinner accompanied by live entertainment. Attendees can expect door prizes, giveaways, and a contest for most creative black and white themed outfit.

Jeni Michelson & The Society Express will entertain guests with their impressive repertoire of music. The band is known as a hip “little big band.” Tunes for the night will range from Swing, Motown, Classic Rock & Funk to Salsa, Pop, Country, Beach and Blues. Marietta Hearing Center, Yeoman’s Consulting Group, Williamsburg Travel and Arbor Terrace of Burnt Hickory are the sponsors of OLLI’s spring social.

“These social events are planned with the help of our OLLI volunteer committee,” said OLLI Program Manager Pat Walker. “We are grateful for the help of our volunteers and the support of our sponsors who believe in OLLI’s mission of lifelong learning.”
