The Kennesaw city councilman who allegedly sexually assaulted a young boy was allowed to participate in the council’s Wednesday evening work session, the Marietta Daily Journal said.
Leonard Church was indicted on two counts of child molestation by a Cobb County grand jury on Jan. 8. Church turned himself into police on the morning of Jan. 9, posted a $20,000 bond that afternoon, and was released from the Cobb County jail.
