Police told WSB-TV that in the past four years they’ve received some 350 code enforcement calls for the neighborhood on Jessica Lane, and almost all of them originate with Deborah Serafin. Neighbors said code enforcement has been summoned for violations as trivial as pulling up onto the grass to be closer to the door for unloading groceries.
Serafin didn’t like the presence of WSB-TV in the neighborhood, so she called police on them. The officers assured the nosy neighbor that the journalists had every right to be there, and returned later to interview neighbors about Serafin’s history of complaint making.
