KSU Offering New HR Certification Course

The university has partnered with the Society for Human Resource Management to provide certification courses for HR professionals.

KSU has strategically partnered with the Society for Human Resource Management for a new HR program that will prepare individuals to attain the global standard in the profession.

Human Resources Management SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is available in a classroom and online format. The course is designed for individuals seeking credentials that focus on identifying and testing the knowledge and practical real-life experiences HR professionals need to excel in their careers.

Taught by HR industry professionals, the goal of the program is also to prepare students for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP™) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP™) certification exams. These new certifications recognize that HR professionals are at the core of leading organizational success.

The next course begins Thursday at KSU Center (3333 Busbee Drive, Kennesaw, GA 30144) from 6:30-9:30 p.m. The course is approved for the Workforce Investment Act and VA Education Benefits (restrictions apply).
