Brown teaches for KSU’s Real Estate Property Management Professional Certificate program, which was also recognized by GAIEF. The next course begins Oct. 4. Students will be taught by industry professionals who possess an average of 22 years of property management experience. Apartment marketing and leasing, financial reporting, fair housing, and career development are among the skills taught in the class. The program is approved by the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Brown said the future is bright for those pursuing this certificate, as the opportunities in property management are plentiful. The ability to network with industry professionals, along with the support from professional organizations, is also an incentive of the KSU program.
