NCCS Falls to Fellowship Christian
North Cobb Christian hosts the Palladins but comes away with a 35-0 loss.
The Eagles of North Cobb Christian flew into the end zone three times last night during their 35-0 loss to the Fellowship Christian Palladins. But penalties that cost NCCS three touchdowns made for a long game as they hosted the rival private school from Roswell.
Fellowship rolled up yardage on NCCS, with quarterback Stephen Lantz running for 196 yards and the total team getting 416 yards. Lantz had 10 carries for 196 yards and three touchdowns.
Senior NCCS running back Corey Harris rumbled 30 yards into the end zone earlier in the game but, again, a holding penalty nullified the score. Harris wasquiet most of the game and was double-covered by the Palladins.

Andrew Nuckolls of NCCS scored on a pass for North Cobb Christian near the end of the fourth quarter--only to have it called back for yet another penalty. The loss gives North Cobb Christian a 1-2 record as they await a home game next Friday against Cross Keys.
