Tai chi is one of the oldest Chinese martial arts, but it still rings true today as a way to reduce stress, increase relaxation and improve health. Phil Robinson, author and Master of Tai Chi Chuan, Yang style, will share his expertise with students during “Discover Traditional Tai Chi,” beginning Oct. 6. Designed for all adult age and skill levels, this Tuesday night course begins at the beginning with Tai Chi. It goes beyond the exercise portion of the martial art to explore meditation, self-defense techniques and full mind and body wellness.
