LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — One man was shot and killed after he and his family were tied up Sunday during a robbery attempt in a Lawrenceville home, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Miguel Osorio, 44, was found dead inside the foyer of his home from a gunshot wound at approximately 3:35 p.m. after officers from the Southside Precinct responded to reports of a person shot at 1766 Scholar Drive in unincorporated Lawrenceville.
A woman told police her husband had been shot during a robbery at the residence. Detectives determined that two male suspects wearing what was described as “construction attire” entered the home with guns and tied up Osorio, his wife and his adult daughter.
