Casting Call: Aurora Theatre's Lawrenceville Ghost Tours and Terror on the Trail

The Aurora Theatre will be holding auditions for two storytelling productions:  and TERROR ON THE TRAIL. Prior storytelling experience is not required.

WHEN: Monday, August 8th 
TIME:   3:30-9:00pm
LOCATION: Aurora Theatre at 128 Pike Street in Lawrenceville GA 30046

WHAT TO BRING: Please prepare either a one-two minute monologue or story and a headshot and resume.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION

 

LAWRENCEVILLE GHOST TOURS (Lawrenceville, GA)   

REHEARSALS: Mid August through September, 2011, rehearsing one or two times a week

PERFORMANCE DATES:  October 2011, between three to six evenings per week

TOUR TIMES:Sun -Thurs at 7:30 pm; Fri & Sat at 7 & 9pm
DIRECTOR: Cynthia Rintye

 

TERROR ON THE TRAIL (Suwanee, GA)  

REHEARSALS: Mid August through September, 2011, three to four rehearsals total

PERFORMANCE DATES:  October 14, 15, 21, 22, 2011, dress rehearsal October 13

TIME: 7 PM to 10 PM
DIRECTOR: Cynthia Rintye

 

Lawrenceville Ghost Tours are presented as a walking tour on the square in downtown Lawrenceville.   More information about the tour, go to http://www.scarystroll.com/ .

Seeking two performers for the Lawrenceville Ghost Tours: 

The Lawrenceville Ghost Tour is a one person show; performers must have a strong presence and be able to nimbly move between multiple character voices while storytelling.  Performers must be able to learn 50 minutes of material and well work independently.  Performers must be able to walk 2 ½ miles.  Improv experience is a plus. 

 

New this year, Terror on the Trail, will be presented with multiple storytellers on a lantern-lit trail around Sims Lake Park in Suwannee, GA. 

Seeking seven performers for Terror on the Trail:

Actors must be able to tell one scary story, 3 to 10 minutes long, many times a night.
