Central Gwinnett High School's Homecoming Parade

Friday night, October 26, Central Gwinnett High School began its 2012 Homecoming celebration with its annual Homecoming Parade. The PTSA sponsors this annual event that brings the community together to kick off Central's Homecoming celebrations. We would like to thank everyone that helped to pull off this great event. We especially want to thank the car dealerships that not only provided vehicles but also drove in our parade.

Hayes Chrysler Jeep provided jeeps for parade participants to ride in. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Ted Hayes for driving the students in our parade.

Nash Chevrolet provided a convertible and a truck that pulled a float. Thank you Nash! Thank you  for picking the float up and delivering it to the parade with your great truck and for the beautiful convertible that carried two of our Homecoming Representatives.

SWA cars on Hwy. 20 at Cooper Rd. brought 3 cars to our parade and drove them. Thank you  for the Corvette that lead our parade, the Porche that carried our Grand Marshall, Mayor Judy Jordan Johnson, and the Jeep for our students.

The Central Homecoming Parade begins at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Building and moves down Constitution Blvd, Stone Mountain Street, and then turns right on Gwinnett Drive where it turns into the school. Central Gwinnett is one of the only schools in the county that still has a Homecoming Parade that goes through town, Please come out next year and watch the parade!
