Hilda G. Downey of Snellville passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2011. She is survived by her children, Gerald R. Downey, Jr., Keith L. Downey, and Vicki Thompson; siblings, Hubert Dampier and Peggy Dampier; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Hilda was born January 12, 1922 in Durham, N.C.
A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 11AM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 25, 2011 from 6PM until 8PM at the funeral home.
