Avison Young Brokers 53,000 SF Lease in Lawrenceville

Avison Young’s Atlanta office has brokered an office lease for 53,000 square feet at 1715 North Brown Road in Lawrenceville, Ga. M3 Accounting Services has inked a 10-year deal.

Chet Koenig, a principal with Avison Young’s Atlanta leasing team, represented New York-based investment manager Clarion Partners, LLC in the transaction. Clarion Partners is acting on behalf of a commingled fund managed by the firm.

The Avison Young Atlanta team is supported by a full-service office that includes sales, marketing, leasing, property management and research teams. The firm currently manages more than 20 million square feet of property across the Atlanta region.
