Easter Egg Hunts Planned For Gwinnett County
Some are on land and some are in the water. And, in addition to the egg hunts, Gwinnett kids can have breakfast with the Easter Bunny.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Spring has sprung and Easter is just a little over two weeks away, leaving parents looking for seasonal outings for the kids.
Well, Gwinnett County has got you covered. From a couple of different kinds of egg hunts to a breakfast with the Big Bunny, there are several options as Easter nears.
- Illuminated Egg Hunt on April 14 at 7 p.m. at Rhodes Jordan Park Soccer Fields. Children can hunt for eggs in the dark, play games and make crafts. The egg hunt for the younger ones, ages 2–5 will begin promptly at 8:15 p.m., ages 6–9 at 8:45 p.m. and at 9:15 p.m. for ages 10–12. Bring a basket and a flashlight. The event is $6 per person and registration deadline is April 3. Register online with code RJP11425 or call 678-277-0890. Rhodes Jordan Park is located at 100 Crogan St. in Lawrenceville.
- Breakfast With the Easter Bunny on April 15 at 8:30 a.m. at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse. Children of all ages can enjoy a warm, delicious breakfast, make a craft and receive a keepsake photo with the Easter Bunny in the Superior Court Ballroom. Seating is limited and guardians must attend with children. It's $15 per person and those interested must register by April 11 online with code GHC11443 or call 770-822-5450. The Gwinnett Historic Courthouse is located at 185 Crogan St. in Lawrenceville.
- Underwater Egg Hunt and Bunny Bonanza on April 15 at 9 a.m. at Bogan Park Community Recreation & Aquatic Center. Hunt for eggs underwater and then dry off and head to the community recreation center. Children can have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny, enjoy a snack and make a craft. Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or over. All ages, $15 per person. Must register by April 12 online with code BOP11402 or call 678-277-0850 or 678-277-0853. Bogan Park is located at 2723 North Bogan Rd. in Buford.
- Underwater Egg Hunt on April 15 at 11 a.m. at Bethesda Park Aquatic Center. Wear a swimsuit, bring a waterproof basket and dive for eggs. Children can enjoy crafts, games, swimming, inflatable bounce house and pictures with the Easter Bunny. All pool rules apply. All ages, $12/person. Register online with code BEP11101 or call 678-277-0880. Bethesda Park Aquatic Center is located at 225 Bethesda Church Road in Lawrenceville.
