The Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation Department is holding a free aquatics job fair on Friday, Feb. 3 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. This job fair is open to certified and non-certified lifeguards and swim instructors. Attendees will learn about life guarding and instructor opportunities within the Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation system. Attendees should bring their swim suits and plan on being at the fair for approximately 45 minutes. Parents are welcome to attend.

Howl-O-Weenie is hosted by DREAM Dachshund Rescue. This family fun event is our biggest in-person fundraiser of the year and we’d love for you to join us for a day filled with Howls and prizes.
We’ll have dachshund races, a costume contest with a kids’ category, howling and kissing competitions. All ages and breeds are welcome, so come on down and let’s celebrate our furry friends.
