Families Are at the Heart of Our Program

Celebrate with the Simpsons…the Family of the Month in November!

Marisa and Aimee are the proud parents of Idalia in Private Pre-Kindergarten 1 classroom. The Simpsons round out their family with a Yorkshire terrier named Hoss and a fish named Bubbles.

Marisa and Aimee treasure providing Idalia with experiences that they hope she will always remember. Whether it’s taking her fishing on a Saturday afternoon, flying to Washington D.C for the Christmas and Fourth of July holidays, having a High Tea on a Sunday afternoon at home, decorating the house for small and important holidays, or just watching Georgia football, it’s about creating memories that she can hold on to always.

The Simpson family loves the outdoors and having their hands in the dirt as they garden together. On Saturdays and Sundays cooking and baking together is a must! They love to find new recipes and try them out together. When they aren’t spending quality time together at home they are going to fairs, fairs, and more fairs! They are always attending fall and spring festivals and fairs as a family.

Every morning they try to wake up early to be sure and reserve time for cuddle time, it’s a special time they share to talk about the upcoming day and ask Idalia what she looks forward to that day. They all look forward to those 10 minutes each day. Every Wednesdays is Dairy Queen Day with Dad. It’s a special tradition that evolved and is something that Idalia and Marisa can share. Friday night is a standing girl’s night (movie/sleep over with no boys, Dad, allowed!) where Idalia picks the movie and Aimee and Idalia stay up late.

The Simpson family shares their Primrose experience: “We have trusted the staff at Primrose with the care of our little one since she was 4 months old. We are thankful every day that Idalia is blessed with teachers who have been kind, patient, and genuinely care about her development. We have witnessed her tremendous growth, love of learning, and confidence over the years and we know this is because her days are filled with learning that meet her sensory needs and much more. We briefly left Primrose and came back six months later because we witnessed the incredible difference in not only the quality of education and age appropriate curriculum, but also in the desire of the staff to work closely with us to ensure we’re on the same page with meeting our daughter’s needs. We will always be thankful to Primrose for being a school, and employing a team of caring teachers and great staff, we can depend on.”
