Families at the Heart of Our Program
Celebrate with the Willis family, our Family of the Month

Royce and Shevonn are the proud parents of Royce III and Noah and have been a part of our Primrose family since 2013. Noah is a student in our Preschool 1 classroom and Royce is a student in our Private Kindergarten class. They round out their family with a Giant Schnauzer named Riddick.
The Willis family has lived in Lilburn for the past 4 years, and they have enjoyed their time in Georgia and at Primrose since the move. Royce is an IT Manager/Business Leader with a payments card company based in Columbus and Shevonn is an attorney and Managing Attorney of The Smith Willis Firm specializing in Business Law, Estate Planning, and Probate with offices across the metro-Atlanta area.
The Willis family enjoys spending time together. Royce and Noah especially like spending time in hotels. They often joke, “All we have to do is go to a hotel and we can check the family vacation off the list!” As a family, they also think it is important to give back to our community. They spend time volunteering as a family with organizations such as The Salvation Army of Gwinnett, Gwinnett County Parks Foundation, Rainbow Village, Gwinnett Health and Human Services, and the Rotary Club of Gwinnett.

As our teachers here know, both boys are very funny! They randomly say one-liners that have Royce and Shevonn doubled over laughing. Between the one-liners and the fact that they love to sing and dance (and want mom and dad to join in), Royce and Shevonn have entertainment daily! All of this entertaining is fueled by very healthy appetites, which is why food is very serious in the Willis family. They knew Primrose was right for them when, during their initial visit to tour the school, they were provided with a sample of the nutritious smoothie that would be served to the children for morning snack. The smoothie was so good that they wanted to know the recipe. At that point, they joke that they were sold on Primrose, if for no other reason than the delicious meals that were being served! We are so glad that the Willis family chose us!
The Willis family shares their Primrose experience:

“Our experience at Primrose over the past three years has been exceptional. From day one, we’ve felt that the Primrose Five Forks’ leadership and staff have worked to ensure that our children are provided the best education. However, we love Primrose not only because of the education that our children receive, but also because teachers and staff help to reinforce the values we feel are important and because we feel our children are loved and cared for like family.”
Congratulations to the Willis Family!
