A Family Involved in Building a Love of Learning

The Patel Family has been chosen as our Family of the Month for June. Ankit and Archna are the proud parents of Avi in the Preschool 1 classroom. They also have a Husky named Kobe to round out their family! The Patels have part of our Primrose family since 2017.

The Patel family love to try new and different things and travel around the world. They have visited family in India and the U.K., vacationed in California and the Bahamas, and spent time in D.C. with Avi’s aunt, uncle, and two cousins. When they are not traveling outside of Atlanta, they love exploring the city. Some of their favorite things to do are going to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Center for Puppetry and Arts, and the Fox Theater to watch family-friendly shows.

The Patels love music. They are always singing and playing different instruments, jamming to different, fun songs and learning how to play different instruments. They sing everything from children songs to Bollywood songs. Now that the weather has warmed up, Avi loves going to the swimming pool. They love enjoying the weather, being outside, and eating ice cream.

If you haven’t noticed from Avi’s daily wardrobe, the Patel family LOVES Disney; Avi’s favorite is Mickey Mouse, Ankit’s is Goofy, Archna’s was Donald Duck, but now that Avi has a say…it’s Minnie Mouse. They’re always watching a Disney movie on the weekends when they aren’t out exploring the town.

“Primrose School of Five Forks has been amazing for our son. We enrolled Avi when he was just a year and a half and within 2 weeks, we noticed that he was learning new things. Avi really loves going to school and playing with his friends. You know your child is in good hands when he’s friends with the staff and teachers and loves going to school. We are always greeted with big smiles and high fives making Primrose a very welcoming environment. We also can’t forget their in-house chef that’s always making sure Avi eats meals according to his dietary restrictions. We’re thankful to have such an amazing school nearby for Avi to grow and develop.”
