Fleeing Suspect Kills Motorist In Stolen Car: Gwinnett Police

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — A Norcross man died after being struck by a fleeing suspect driving a stolen car, the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

William Chiu Jackson, 37, of Tucker, has been charged with murder, homicide by vehicle in the first degree, and a host of other charges including fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, aggressive driving, reckless conduct and speeding.

Jose A. Panameno, 51, died after his car was hit by the car that Jackson was allegedly driving.
