Gwinnett County Store Sells $10K Mega Millions Ticket

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA—One ticket worth $10,000 was sold at a convenience store in Lawrenceville for the Feb. 4 Mega Millions drawing, according to Georgia Lottery Corp. officials.

The ticket was purchased at Chevron Food Mart, located at 1215 Scenic Highway.

Winning numbers from the Feb. 4 Mega Millions drawing were: 32-48-50-51-64 and the Mega Ball was 10. The ticket matched the first four winning numbers with the Mega Ball.

A winner has not come forward to claim the prize yet, lottery officials said.

Mega Millions winners in Georgia have 180 days from the draw date to claim prizes.

Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot is an estimated $187 million to a single annuity winner.

Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corp. has returned more than $21.6 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia’s Pre-K Program. More than 1.9 million students have received HOPE, and more than 1.6 million 4-year-olds have attended the statewide, voluntary prekindergarten program.
