Gwinnett County to Honor Veterans
The county will honor military heroes at a ceremony Friday.

On Friday, November 11th, Gwinnett County will honor all those who served with a special ceremony. It will take place at 11am at the Gwinnett Fallen Heroes Memorial in Lawrenceville. The memorial is located on the grounds of the . Opened in 2003, it honors all Gwinnett residents who died in the line of duty in military or public service.
The public is invited to attend and honor our veterans.
Gwinnett County Chairman Charlotte Nash, District 1 Commissioner Shirley Lasseter and County Administrator Glenn Stephens will lead the ceremony this year. Retired Brig. Gen. Daniel J. Kaufman, president of Georgia Gwinnett College, will give the keynote address.

No new names will be added to the memorial this year.
The ceremony will be broadcast Friday at 7:30pm on TVGwinnett.
