Gwinnett Home Invasion Crew Indicted: Authorities

The Atlanta men are charged with breaking into the home of a Gwinnett County jewelry store owner.

A Gwinnett County grand jury has indicted four men that authorities say were part of a home-invasion crew.

The FBI and local authorities announced that, on Wednesday, the grand jury indicted the men, all of Atlanta.

They are Lamon Jackson, 46, Jarvis Levoyd Tucker, 45, Jason Jermoine Tucker, 36, and Darden Bernard Walker, 28.

The indictments were on charges related to their alleged participation in a September 2011 armed home invasion of a jewelry store owner in Gwinnett.

Jarvis, Walker and Jason Tucker were previously arrested by FBI agents and Gwinnett County Police in a separate case in which they were alleged to be conspiring to rob another jewelry store owner at his home.

Following the indictment, Jackson was arrested by FBI agents and Atlanta Police at a residence in the 400 block of Highland Avenue.

The defendants could face additional charges, according to an FBI news release. They all were in custody Friday at the Gwinnett County Detention Facility.
