The Gwinnett County Police Department on Thursday declined to release a police report in the case, citing a state law that prevents records regarding child abuse or neglected from being released to the public.

Hunt already was on probation at the time of her arrest. She is being held without bond at Gwinnett County Detention Center.

At her hearing on Wednesday, WSB reported that Hunt "seemed to struggle to keep her eyes open."
