H&M Coming To Sugarloaf Mills

The clothing retailer is set to open in the spring of 2017.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA -- H&M, one of the world's largest fashion retailers, is coming to Sugarloaf Mills.

The discount clothier, full name Hennes & Mauritz AB, is set to open in the spring of 2017, the shopping center announced on Wednesday.

H&M will join Sugarloaf Mills' roster of more than 180 retailers, including other recently opened stores like Breathe Beauty LA, Windsor Fashions, No Grease and Positive Gear.

"We strive to be a dynamic shopping, entertainment and dining destination for the local community and beyond," said Sugarloaf Mills spokeswoman Alexa Schreck said in a news release. "Shoppers can rely on Sugarloaf Mills to continue bringing the latest from popular brands such as H&M for an overall exceptional shopping experience."

The H&M store will be about 20,000 square feet and open in "Neighborhood 2," near Neiman Marcus Last Call.

H&M offers clothing for men, women and children as well as a "store within a store" for accessories.

Two other, smaller retailers are set to open soon at Sugarloaf Mills as well.

ViVi Boutique, a shop offering junior apparel, will open its doors in July. Located in Neighborhood 4, the boutique will occupy a 2,745 square-foot space next to Just 4 Divas.

Pink Clove will relocate to Neighborhood 4 this August. Pink Clove has teen and young professional casual, business and party wear, along with an array of accessory options to match. The retailer occupies a 2,795 square-foot space.
