Observations: Employees handling ready to eat foods, tomatoes and greens with their bare hands. Person in charge could not answer questions about what to report and to whom. Employee drinking from a glass with no lid or straw. Raw foods stored over ready to eat foods in the prep cooler on the line and the 2 door cooler. Items in prep cooler stored above containers above 41F. None of the prepared foods were date marked. Beef thawing in meat sink without running water. Employee wearing a bracelet while preparing food. Employees prepping food did not have on hair restraints.
