Lawrenceville Work Requiring Gas Service To Be Interrupted

You'll get a door hanger notice on your door if the city's gas department has had to turn off your service.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — The City of Lawrenceville is performing maintenance on many of its residential gas meters, and that means your service may be temporarily interrupted.

The city announced the work on its website.

If your service is interrupted due to this work, the city's gas department will leave a door hanger notice.

City workers will relight your pilot lights free of charge after the work is complete.

In its web post, the City of Lawrenceville apologizes for the inconvenience and encourages anyone who needs their service reconnected to call the gas department office at (770) 963-3332.
