Men Throw Cover Over Woman's Head In Shopping Assault

STONE MOUNTAIN, GA — Gwinnett Police Detectives need the public’s help in identifying two men in an assault. On May 12 the woman was shopping inside a department store in unincorporated Stone Mountain. Two men approached her, threw a cover over her head, and then began shaking and shoving her, according to police. The victim fought back and broke free and the men fled the store.

One man is described as young, wearing dark pants, a red shirt, gray hat, red shoes and a gold chain. The other man is described as young, wearing dark pants, a gray shirt and black shoes.
