Hand sink needed in front by drive thru. If facility remodels, changes owners, or has issues with employees in the front not washing their hands when appropriate, a hand sink will be required to be installed at the time. Discussed with manager on duty to ensure that rehydrated onions are cooled to 41F or below prior to placing on time control. They may not be used on time control after they are made at room temperature. Initial temperature must be 41F
