One Dead, Several Injured In Lawrenceville Crash
A 1-year-old riding in the car that was hit was listed in serious condition.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA -- Speed and alcohol were factors in a Lawrenceville car crash Wednesday night that left one person dead and several others, including a 1 year old, in serious condition, police say.
Shortly before 10 p.m., Gwinnett County Police responded to reports of a two-car accident at McKendree Church Road and McKendree Park Lane in Lawrenceville.
Investigators say a 2002 Honda Accord driven by Michael Schick, 26, failed to stay within its lane and skidded into the southbound lane of McKendree Church Road, where it struck a 2011 Toyota Camry being driven by Shana Fischer-Williams, 26.
