Unfortunately, the way the world works today, not all human life is considered to be equal. Yet again, the world is struck by horrifying news of the Paris attack. As an Ahmadi Muslim American, I condemn this attack. Shedding blood of the innocent is not an Islamic practice. In fact, ISIS is un-Islamic. True Islam protects the rights of all people. It protects the sanctity of life. True Islam is not what ISIS shows. There is nothing Islamic about ISIS and their evil actions.
Without a doubt, these despicable attacks on civilians are outrageous and without justification. Terrorists aim to terrify people. That is what they do. What can we do? We can only pray and help people. My thoughts and prayers are with the loved ones of those killed and injured and with all of France. The perpetrators of these monstrous attacks must be brought to justice.
