Racist Graffiti Scrawled on Lawrenceville Townhome

The spraypainted messages contained profanity and racial slurs.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — A Lawrenceville townhome was defaced on Thursday with profane, racist graffiti.

The incident happened some time overnight in the 200 block of Oakland Hills Road in the Oakland Downs subdivision.

Gwinnett County Police arrived Thursday morning and met with the property's owner, Ying Zheng, who does not live there. She told them she was notified by a property manager about graffiti on the garage door and side of her townhome.

The spraypainted messages said "N----- Lover KKK" and "F--- You N-----s."

Zheng said the townhome currently is being rented to a Hispanic person. She said she had no idea who may have targeted her property.
