LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Gwinnett County Police are seeking a suspect accused of raping a woman in Lawrenceville.Leo Escudero-Olivares, 30, is wanted on charges of rape, aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.On April 1, police say, Escudero-Olivares raped a woman he knew at a home in Lawrenceville. The woman escaped the home the following morning and met with Gwinnett police officers, telling them that he had physically and sexually assaulted her.The case was transferred to a SVU detective and arrest warrants were obtained.Anyone with information about Escudero-Olivares's whereabouts is asked to contact GCPD detectives at 770-513-5300. To remain anonymous, tipsters may contact Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477) or visit <a href="http://www.crimestoppersatlanta.org" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">the Crime Stoppers website</a>.
