Sanitation Truck Catches Fire in Lawrenceville
Gwinnett firefighters were called at 10:37 to the fire in the back of a sanitation truck that was driving through Lawrenceville.
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — A sanitation truck caught fire in Lawrenceville Monday morning.
Firefighters were called at 10:37 a.m. to a fire report in the 2800 block of Castle Drive. Crews arrived to find the rear of the truck on fire.
The driver was safe outside the truck and there were no injuries reported. Firefighters quickly deployed an attack hose line to control the fire and it was brought under control by 11:22 a.m.
