She Said Yes To Ultimate Blue Light Special

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA – Two Gwinnett County Police employees got engaged recently in a unique way and it was captured on video.

Corporal Scott Fransen and his new fiancee, Communications Officer II Raemie Moreira, got engaged during the ultimate blue light special.

"She said YES!" according to the Gwinnett County Police Department's Facebook page. "Congratulations to Gwinnett County Police Corporal Scott Fransen and his new fiancee, Communications Officer II Raemie Moreira, who got engaged during the ultimate blue light special this weekend. We thought Cpl. Fransen did a great job pulling off his proposal and we wish the happy couple a lifetime of marital bliss!"
