Skipper Logistics to Add 15 Jobs in Lawrenceville
The supply-chain and transport company will spend $400,000 on an expansion here, too.
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA -- A little good news on the jobs front -- Skipper Logistics, in Lawrenceville, will be creating 15 new jobs and spending $400,000 on an expansion at its local warehouse.
The AJC is reporting that the expansion will mean more warehouse space and technology support at Skipper’s 66,000-square-foot location on Winer Industrial Way.
The new jobs are expected to be for pickers and warehouse staff.

Skipper Logistics provides outsourcing logistics solutions, storage, and detail picking operations, freight organization and business intelligence software for supply chain management.
According to its website, Skipper plans to open several new warehouses in the U.S. over the next three years. It currently has six warehouses in southeast France and two in Paris.
