Suspect Identified in Murder of Lawrenceville Man

Gwinnett County Police have identified the person they say is responsible for the murder of a Lawrenceville man in August.

Police charged 39 year old Carlos Garcia-Viera with aggravated assault and felony murder in connection to the death of 23 year old Diego Ramirez of Lawrenceville.

Ramirez's body was found on the side of a road in Atlanta last month.

Garcia-Viera is not in police custody. Police are searching for the man who they say at one time lived in Norcross.
