Upsilon Alpha Omega Chapter is Accepting Applications for their Little Miss AKA Pageant

The Upsilon Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, along with its nonprofit affiliate The Gwinnett Pearls of Service Foundation, Incorporated are currently seeking/recruiting "Little Misses" ages 7 years to 10 years to participate in our sixth biennial pageant. Participation in the pageant will provide cultural and social enrichment opportunities while having fun. Contestant activities and

events include community service projects, self-empowering workshops, talent competition, cooking classes and a formal luncheon. The pageant will be held on Saturday. April 22. 2017 and the top three participants will receive trophies, awards, gifts, and flowers. All the contestants will receive an acknowledging their participation.
