It tastes great!

(Picasa)

Instead of buying your favorite dessert for Valentine's Day, try making your own at home. I have an interesting recipe for your Valentine's Day many will love. If you love chocolate and hazelnuts you will you will love homemade toblerone dessert.
Original toblerone bar is made in Bern, Switzerland. The legend says that it has triangular shape after the Switzerland's symbol-Matterhorn mountain which is located on the border with Italy. Toblerone is named after Mr. Teodore Tobler and Italian word terone which means nuget.
From Bern it is distributed around the world. It is one of the most exqusite chocolate bars in the world.
With only a few ingredients and with little creativity you can make this perfect toblerone at home.
Use the aluminum foil to form a triangular dish and set it aside. In one medium size pot, melt 3/4 of a cup sugar with eight tablespoons of water. Once its melted add 1 stick of unsalted butter and one dark, plain chocolate bar. Mix it all well. To that add 1 cup of ground hazelnuts and 1 cup of ground walnuts plus one cup of chopped hazelnuts. Combine all ingredients well and pour it warm to this aluminum made dish and leave it in the freezer for few hours. I promise you results will be perfect.
