Visit Local Outdoor Mini Farmer's Markets!
Enjoy Early Spring at Local Farmer's Market!

No other state like state of Georgia have advantage to enjoy the early spring. The first colorful messengers of spring sing beautiful morning songs for us at our windows. Violets are are lining up so pretty beautifying our walking trails. Warm weather and lighter clothes are calling for frequent outside activities. It is great to see and hear hear kids and grown ups enjoying spring time at local parks and at playgrounds. At this time of year it is great to visit local outside sculpture gardens, to go hiking and walking and from time to time visit little outside farmer's markets. These little markets are really worth visiting. Almost every city in Gwinnett County has it's own outdoor little farmer's markets usually held on the weekends in the morning hours. These little markets are located near City Halls and at city's downtown where is larger concentration of people. It is wonderful to see merging of rural and urban. It is good for local farmers because they get to sell their locally grown food to the people living in urban areas. On the other side, people from the city are able to get fresh food within walking distance from these mini markets right where they live. It is wonderful to see gazebos all lined up next to each other selling fresh produce and homemade products. Beautiful spring weather is cooperating well this Saturday. There is plenty of sunshine. At local farmer's markets you can find: beautiful daffodil flowers, fresh green produce, eggs, homemade honey and jams as well as bread. It is very pretty scenery. People can talk to friendly farmers, ask questions and buy organic and healthy food.
