11 Road Projects Added to Gwinnett DOT Closures List

Buford

• Buford Dam Road from Suwanee Dam Road to the lake dam will be closed on October 15, 2013 from 9:00am to 6:00pm for Army Corp of Engineers roadway improvements. The detour route will be Buford Dam Road to Suwanee Dam Road to SR 20/Cumming Highway to Samples Road to Buford Dam Road and the reverse.
• SR 13/Buford Highway at South Lee Street will require intermittent lane closures through December for roadway improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
• Bart Johnson road 500 feet northeast of the intersection with Hamilton Mill Road will close October 23 through November for drainage improvements, weather permitting.  The detour route will be Bart Johnson Road to Ridge Road to Hamilton Mill Road to Bart Johnson Road and the reverse. Duluth

• SR 13/Buford Highway at South Scales Road will require intermittent lane closures through December for roadway improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
• Pleasant Hill Road from Shackleford Road to Club Drive will require intermittent lane closures on October 22 from 9:00am to 4:00pm for drainage improvements. For further information contact the Department of Water Resources at 678.376.7130.Lilburn, GA 30047

Lawrenceville

• SR 124/Scenic Highway at Jackson Street will require intermittent lane closures through December for roadway improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
• SR 20 at Webb Gin House Road will require intermittent lane closures through December for roadway improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
• Spring Forest Drive between Perrin Drive and Terra Court will close October 21 through mid-November for drainage improvements, weather permitting.  The detour route will be Spring Forest Drive to Perrin Drive to Camp Perrin Road to Spring Forest Drive and the reverse. Lilburn

• Killian Hill Road at Arcado Road will require intermittent lane closures through June 2014 for roadway improvements, weather permitting. Any such closures will be between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
• Bainbridge Court between Yorkshire Place and Haralson Drive will close October 14 through mid-November for drainage improvements, weather permitting.  The detour reroute will be Bainbridge Court to Haralson Drive to Hambrick Drive to Miller Road to Yorkshire Place to Bainbridge Court and the reverse. Stone Mountain

• East Park Place Boulevard from 100 feet east of Glen Club Drive will close October 28 through November for drainage improvements, weather permitting. The detour route will be East Park Place Boulevard to Highway 78 to East Park Place Boulevard to Rockbridge Road to Highway 78 and the reverse.
