Connie Wiggins, CEO of Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful since 1985, will speak to the Philadelphia Winn Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution at Ashton Senior Living on March 10 in Lawrenceville. Her topic will be "Our Pledge -- Keep America Beautiful.”
