The Gwinnett Choral Guild will hold its spring concert on Saturday, April 6th, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. in the Snellville United Methodist Church, 2428 Main St.SE, Snellville, GA, 32078. The community is invited to attend this song-filled performance conducted by Renée Wilson-Wicker, Artistic Director. This year’s theme, An Evening of Light Classics, is comprised of a collection of choral music that includes selections from Arne, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Offenbach, Rutter, Shaw and more. General admission is $15 and $10 for seniors, students and groups of ten. Tickets are available online at www.gwinnettchoralguild.org or at the door.
Established in 1983, the Gwinnett Choral Guild is a volunteer community choir based in Gwinnett County. Its members are singers from all walks of life and are bonded by a love for choral music. The 501(c)3 non-profit organization is a member of ArtWorks Gwinnett, Chorus America, The Metropolitan Atlanta Arts and Culture Coalition, and the Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts.
