Primrose School of Five Forks' Apple of Our Eye

The Apple of our Eye for the month of April is our Franchise Owner, Mr. Gil Benjamin. 

Mr. Gil and his wife, Valencia, are the owners of Primrose School of Five Forks.  They have a 10 year old daughter named Jordan that attends school in Atlanta.  Mr. Benjamin was born and raised in Queens, New York.  He graduated in 1985 from North Carolina Central University with a degree in Business Administration and a focus in Accounting.   After graduation, Mr. Benjamin began working for All State Insurance in Farmingdale, New York.  He was relocated to Southern California, Chicago and then Atlanta.  He has traveled all over the United States. 

Mr. Benjamin is very involved in different charitable organizations.  He is a board member for Breakthrough Atlanta, which is a non-profit organization that assists 7-12 graders in the city to graduate from high school.  Mr. Benjamin serves on many committees with the Girls Scouts of Greater Atlanta, where he is also a board member.  The Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta serves over 40,000 girls.  Mr. Benjamin is a board member of Trinity Community Ministries, which feeds 250 homeless people every Sunday.  They also house 30 men and provide them with drug and alcohol rehabilitation and assistance in finding jobs. 

In his spare time, Mr. Benjamin enjoys spending time with his daughter, Jordan and her friends.  They love spending time together at Piedmont Park, hiking, attending festivals and he enjoys dining at Atlanta’s great restaurants. 

Mr. Benjamin makes health and fitness a high priority in his life.  He enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym and riding his bike.  He wants to personally invite you to join our wellness community at Primrose School of Five Forks.
