Primrose School of Five Forks' Family of the Month

The Clary Family has been chosen as our Family of the Month for April.  Charles and Liz are the proud parents of Alexandra and Colin.  Alexandra is a student in our Preschool 2 class and Colin is in our Early Preschool 1 class.

The Clary’s are an active family, who enjoy outdoor activities anytime, but mostly in the spring and summer.  Their favorite outdoor activities include playing tennis – played only by mom and dad at this point – and swinging and going up and down the slides at the nearest playground.  The most frequent indoor activity for the family is watching a movie and occasionally playing a Wii game.  As for movies, Colin’s first choice is always The Lion King. Alex prefers Tangled.

Vacations for the Clary family typically revolve around the beach or visiting relatives in other cities.  Their last two summer vacations were at San Destin, Florida, where the children ran in and out of the Gulf of Mexico and built sand castles on the beach.  During their trip last summer, Alexandra displayed her daredevil side by doing acrobatic stunts while hanging from a short and well supervised bungee cord.

The Clary’s proudest moment was watching Alexandra perform in the Christmas Program at Primrose School of Five Forks as she sang a solo of the song “Up on the Rooftop”.

When the Clary’s were asked why they chose Primrose School of Five Forks for their children, they replied, “Primrose has done a good job in stimulating development in Alex and Colin and in engaging parents in the educational process.  The staff and teachers are always eager to assist in continued education at home, as well.”
