Brookwood Soph. Qualifies for World Youth Climbing Championships

Among the six area speed climbers who qualified to compete in the World
Youth Climbing Championships is Brookwood High School sophomore Amanda Wooten.

The event will be held on New Caledonia Island near Australia from Sept. 20–24.

The climbers have raised more than $3,000 on the webpage “GoFundMe” (
www.gofundme.com/bqfsh4) toward the goal of $10,000 for expenses.
