Mr. Clean - I came to your business for an emissions and left with a car wash and an oil change to go with it. I thought how efficient. Unfortunately, 4.5 months later when I had to get my oil changed again, we found that your employee improperly "placed" the screw back into the oil pan, stripping it and ruining it. When I called to report and ask how your manager would remedy the situation, it took nearly a week and many calls to track her down. I was then told it was "Not our problem". Your company just ruined my oil pan, obvious poor work and no accountability. I've tried calling Corporate and no word back from them either. BE WARNED - I would not let them do any work on your car!
