Car Vandalized With Hatred
Inside the Police Reports: A Lilburn man finds the words "I HATE U" scratched into his brother's car.

A Lilburn man called authorities to report that someone had vandalized his brother's car in broad daylight last week.
On Oct. 6, Gwinnett County police officers met with the victim's brother, 26, at their residence on the 500 block of Candlewick Lane near Dickens Road. According to the police report, the victim's brother came home at 5 p.m. and noticed the words "I HATE U" scratched into the car's paint, in addition to a broken window and several dents and scratches all over the vehicle.
The car, a gray 2006 Audi, had damages exceeding $500. The brother said the damage had not been there the previous night.

The brother also told police the victim was currently out of town for business, says the report. When officers spoke via phone with the victim, 21, he said he had no idea who would damage his car.
Pictures of the vehicle were taken, but the police report has no suspects listed.
