CVS Robbed at Gunpoint
Inside the Police Reports: The CVS on Lawrenceville Highway gets a gun pulled on them for $95 from the register

In the late afternoon of June 7, an armed robber took $95 from a cash register at the CVS in Lilburn at 3900 Lawrenceville Highway.
According to the police report and what the employee and manager told Lilburn police, the burglar went into the store and approached the register to buy a soft drink with two $1 bills. When the employee, a female, asked him if he would like a bag for his purchase, he said yes and then pulled out a gun, which the report says is probably a 9 mm or Glock .40.
He asked her to step aside, and he reached into the register for some cash, which ended up being $95. He then walked out of the store and left in a van, possibly a green or white color, at a high speed.

Lilburn police were able to view video surveillance of the scene and confirmed the employees' stories. The suspect is described as being 25 to 35 years old, six feet in height and weighing 200 pounds to 245 pounds. He had a short haircut, a goatee, and either hazel or light brown eyes, which the employee was able to detail despite him wearing sunglasses. During the robbery he was wearing a green-dotted T-shirt, black or gray jeans, and black jogging shoes with a white trim.
There were no available fingerprints for police to take at the scene, but the two $1 bills were obtained as evidence.
