On January 24, 2015 a new business is opening at 660 Indian Trail Road. The small retail store is specializing in the “Paracord Craft”. What is paracord you ask? It is parachute cord. That’s right, the same cord that people use on parachutes. Now, people use this cord to make all sorts of things. Bracelets, dog collars, and hammocks are just a small fraction of what people use paracord for. Not to mention, there are hundreds of survival uses. With over 230 colors available, there is sure to be a color for every person. Everything you need to unleash your creativity will be offered.
Bored?Paracord! was created just over a year ago by veteran, Shawn Nofziger. Since it’s inception, he has been able to grow the business from a walk-in closet a year ago, selling on his website, to opening a retail location currently. Not only does he offer products, but he has over 70,000 subscribers on youtube where he creates videos teaching others how to make things out of paracord. He also runs the largest paracord group on facebook with over 10,000 active members.
